In September your child will receive a ‘blanket’ consent form, this allows the class teacher, to take your child out of school on educational visits, walks around the surrounding area for geography topics and trips to the local library to change books. It also allows us to use your child’s photo to promote our school in the local press. This consent form should be signed and returned to school as soon as possible.
