Complaints

Any complaints about school matters should first be brought to the attention your child’s class teacher. Should the complaint not be resolved staff Mrs Watson will be happy to arrange an appointment for you to speak with Mrs Armstrong. If the complaint is not resolved, a formal complaint may be made firstly to the Governing Body at Newsham First School and secondly to the L.E.A. at Northumberland County Council, County Hall, Morpeth, NE61 2EF.
